Fish Bones is a fictitious project that takes place in the small, mostly unheard fishing town of Salt Valley. Accompany Maverick, Naomi and Winona as they find themselves in progressively more bizarre situations weirdly similar to 80’s horror movie tropes. As they continue encountering weird monsters, corny slasher killers and impossible sci-fi scenarios, they start to understand maybe not everything is what it seems and that there is something so much bigger than they can imagine afoot.

Born in a big family of Portuguese immigrants, Maverick is an anxious young adult that is struggling to find a place in the world where he feels he belongs. For the longest time all he has wanted to do is leave Salt Valley for good and make a name for himself, however the longer he stays and the more mysteries he solves, the more he find that maybe his big breakthrough has been under his nose all along.

Naomi is an aspiring Filmaker and the town darling. She’s a little odd, which a lot of the older folks raise an eyebrow to, but she’s away ready to help those around her and is always trying to turn everything happens in her life into the script of her next potential big block buster pitch.
Winona
Marlowe
Winona is the local town goth and the only heir of the well known Marlowe family. She’s in a healing journey away from her direct family and lives with her uncle Jackdaw in his boat permanently docked in the Salt Valley harbor. She finds Naomi and Maverick extremely amusing to be around as her own form entertainment.
